Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data for "Cat Tavern".

Data that will be deleted

  • Anonymous authentication identifier (Firebase anonymous UID)
  • Linked account information (Google/Apple email, display name, etc.)
  • Cloud save data (game progress, settings, etc.)
  • Related analytics / diagnostic logs (deleted in turn per the processor's policy)

How to request deletion

1) In-app

You can delete directly via the in-game menu [Settings > Account > Delete account and cloud data].

2) By email (including after uninstalling the app)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot delete in-app, you can request deletion by email.

  • Request email: support@dongdonggs.com
  • Please include the following so we can locate your data: your in-game nickname or the linked account (Google/Apple) email, and your device platform (Android/iOS).

Processing time

We process deletion requests within 14 business days of receipt.

Retention exceptions

Information that must be retained under applicable law (e.g., payment and transaction records kept for 5 years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) is stored separately for the required period and then destroyed.
